order to make sure everyone has a safe experience, please bring
the following information to your Orientation Class.

of your current vaccination records for DHPP (distemper, hepatitis,
parainfluenza, parvovirus), Bordatella (kennel cough).

REGISTER
FOR DOGGY DAYCARE
We require a phone interview to learn more about your dog's play style and personality. All dogs are required to complete Charm School or have equivalent training. For health and safety purposes,
all dogs must be current on their vaccinations. Please bring the
following information on veterinarian letterhead to your Evaluation
Appointment.
